While the checkweigher offers fast and highly accurate weighing, rejecting "out of tolerance" products, the X-ray system reliably detects and rejects products contaminated by foreign bodies such as glass, metal, stone and plastic.
Both systems are controlled by a touchscreen interface which simplifies and speeds up data entry, product changeovers, production quality documentation/statistics and operator training.

Checkweigher and Metal Detector Combination Systems
While the checkweigher offers fast and highly accurate weighing , rejecting "out of tolerance" products, the metal detector reliably detects and rejects products that are contaminated with metal. The metal detector is designed for maximum detection sensitivity and optimal product inspection.
Both systems are controlled by a touchscreen interface which simplifies and speeds up data entry, product changeovers, production quality documentation/statistics and operator training.
The systems are available in a hygienic (H) version for applications with a regular hygienic cycle, where intensive and high-pressure cleaning is required.

What is MRM / Online OEE?
MRM/Online OEE is an electronic system that collects real time production data from all types of machinery showing you how available your equipment is, its performance and what is produced in terms of quality. With OEE real-time monitoring and reporting, production managers gain a clear picture on operational performance per machine / line / shift.
What is OEE?
OEE is a way to monitor and improve the efficiency of manufacturing processes. OEE takes the most common and important sources of manufacturing productivity loss, fits them into three main categories (availability, performance, quality) and quantifies them to provide a practical framework for measuring your current status. This gives unique insights into possible improvements at all levels (machines, lines, resources).
OEE is a common key metric in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing programs providing a consistent way to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.
How does MRM / Online OEE work?
MRM / Online OEE connects with production machinery and PLCs, monitors their status and associates it with the types of losses already assigned by the company. MRM/Online OEE processes this information, calculates the availability, performance and quality metrics and provides reports on OEE per machine, line and shift.
Availability is calculated by tracking all unplanned downtimes caused by breakdowns, failures, material shortages, set-ups and adjustments. Performance is calculated by tracking all speed losses caused by minor stoppages, misfeeds, jams, etc. Quality is calculated by tracking all defective parts caused by improperly maintained equipment, operator errors and incorrect settings.
